My Hair Holy Grails

Have you always wished for hair like Jennifer Anniston's? Well, you're in luck, because today I am going to share with exactly how you can transform your hair into the hair of your dreams.

Ever since I was younger, I always wanted, had, and maintained very long hair--like I'm talking past my butt in length-- however, it wasn't until a few years ago that I finally realized and understood that long hair does not necessarily mean healthy hair... Although my hair was impressively long, the way I cared for it at the time I now know was not benefiting me in any legitimate way. I used to wash my hair on a daily basis with harmful shampoos and conditioners, however, once I started using clean and effective products and washing it less my hair was unlike ever before. Putting aside your doubts, I can assure you that you are capable of training your hair, and over time your hair will adjust and you won't need to wash it as frequently, let alone every day. Also, I use quite a bit of heat on my hair and dye it occasionally, so I try to do everything I can to refrain from heat damage and breakage.

Right before I graduated high school in May of 2021, I decided to cut off my long hair that I swore to keep forever, 15 inches of hair in total, and this is when I really got into haircare and styling.
